Michilla Blaise

Michilla is a community relations veteran with over 15 years of organizing and outreach in both the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. She provides invaluable expertise to clients developing their messaging, activating grassroots campaigns and advocating at the community level. She previously served as the right hand to the longest-standing female alderman in Chicago histgory where she learned community development and constituent engagement. In 2011, Michilla began her own consulting firm specializing in political campaign management, grassroots organizing and lobbying. Prior to her time in politics, Michilla worked in the not-for-profit sector developing programming for arts and education partnerships. She is a lifelong Chicagoan and her background in the arts and politics make her a valuable community liaison.
